Login to WordPress
Login to the WordPress Dashboard.

Open Theme Setup
Go to Appearance -> Theme Setup. This section will lead you through the steps to install the demo with One-click Import.

Start the One-Click Import
A block for Starting will be shown—follow the prompt to begin the import.
